Westridge (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Burnaby, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,159 living in private households. 60.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 37.2%. 38.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 45.5% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $94,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 36.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.70 km², giving a population density of 3,620 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
