Willingdon Heights (east-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Burnaby, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,791 living in private households. 62.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 41.7%. 35.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $99,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 27.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.56 km², giving a population density of 3,703 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
