Albion Flats is a neighbourhood of Maple Ridge, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 8,245 living in private households. 21.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 4.4%. 74.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $119,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 10.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 6.19 km², giving a population density of 1,331 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
