Broadmoor (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,489 living in private households. 81.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 54.9%. 18.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 61.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $99,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 19.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.33 km², giving a population density of 4,124 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
