Eagle Ridge (north) is a neighbourhood of Port Moody, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,356 living in private households. 44.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 22.3%. 53.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 40.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $149,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 9.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.44 km², giving a population density of 2,138 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
