Pleasantside (north) is a neighbourhood of Port Moody, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,968 living in private households. 25.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 11.5%. 71.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 28.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $144,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 10.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.58 km², giving a population density of 1,536 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
