Eagle Ridge (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Port Moody, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,576 living in private households. 27.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 7.1%. 69.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 32.1% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $98,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 26.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.06 km², giving a population density of 4,333 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
