Eagle Ridge (south) is a neighbourhood of Port Moody, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,926 living in private households. 34.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Korean at 10.3%. 63.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 32.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $103,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 29.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.30 km², giving a population density of 13,255 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
