East Beach is a neighbourhood of White Rock, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,973 living in private households. 21.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 8.1%. 76.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 23.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $92,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 35.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.94 km², giving a population density of 4,208 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
