Marine-Hamilton (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of North Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,360 living in private households. 45.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was West Asian at 16.0%. 52.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.0% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $103,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 33.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.57 km², giving a population density of 2,861 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
