Mary Hill (east) is a neighbourhood of Port Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,457 living in private households. 34.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 9.2%. 62.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 30.5% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $119,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 16.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.81 km², giving a population density of 1,906 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
