Mary Hill (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Port Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,129 living in private households. 34.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 5.9%. 60.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.1% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $69,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 42.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.79 km², giving a population density of 825 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
