Brow of the Hill (northeast) is a neighbourhood of New Westminster, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,450 living in private households. 33.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 6.6%. 62.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 35.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $61,600 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 70.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.51 km², giving a population density of 8,793 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
